At the heart of my approach is the belief in bio-individuality—that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to health and wellness. Nourishing your body is essential, but it’s only one piece of the bigger picture.In my health coach training, I learned the power of primary and secondary food.
Primary food isn’t what’s on your plate—it’s what feeds your life: your relationships, purpose, movement, and joy. Secondary food is the actual food you eat. The key is balance—because without a well-nourished “primary” life, even the healthiest meal can’t fill the void.My approach is about listening to your body—your gut feeling—and trusting your inner wisdom to guide the way.
